Jason told me that I would have to take his spot as he is no longer interested in going to Hawaii for free. I reluctantly agreed to.

9/18/2010: Congrats Jason. Just a quick note about eating. Be careful about what you eat in Kuaui. Somebody didn't have an "A" card and I was behind the bathroom door for many hours. Good Luck. A rose by any other name.

Aloha and Mahalo (Congratulations)!! I actually learned something new when I 'blogged-in' to comment on the winners post. I often use the Hawaiian words 'aloha' and 'mahalo' in my every day vocabulary. I wanted to use the Hawaiian word for 'Congratulations' in my comment and found that the same word - 'Mahalo'- meaning 'thank you', also means 'congratulate.' So, again, MAHALO for winning the fabulous Kauai trip. Our best to you and Nicole.

I think that all the islands are great, some just better than others! Of all them I prefer Oahu because it is Hawaii and when I am there, it is pure peace and happiness. I love the Kauai and the canyon, will never forget it, and will go back.

I loved Maui, watching the whales, wonderful beaches, lovely people, great food and constant great, sunny weather.

Maui, because I love to go to Hula Grill, put my toes in the sand, listen to music while sipping on my favorite drink watching the sunset!

Maui - Maui - Maui - Between the extensive sunny beaches, tours, newest and most gorgeous hotels, 'my' Kaanapali is where I've chosen my ashes to fly, many many years from now!

I love Kauai, because it is where we spent our honeymoon and the first island to which we took our daughter when she was nine months old.

I would like to visit all the islands eventually. Fortunatley for us we will be in Honolulu this February for the first time and am really looking forward to it. We planned on going 10 years ago but had other obligations to tend to.Hope we are lucky...

Maui Noi Ka Oi! We go every year after my husband had a business meeting there 7 years ago! Love the beaches, activities, local spots and people. We always find something new to do there. My daughter has had so much fun on our Maui trips since she was 5 years old! We've recommended Maui to family and friends; all had a wonderful time! Would love to spend more time on other islands, but, we just can't get off, give us a reason! :) Mahalo!

I love Maui because the water is warm and I can enjoy simply being in the beauty and warmth with my kids and I love to ride my bike up Haleakala!

We like all the islands, but if we had to pick one it would probably be Oahu. It has the most to offer in regards to shopping, north shore, museums, snorkeling, etc. But, they all have their own charm and wonderments to offer.

So far, I've been to Maui, Oahu and the Big Island. Maui is my favorite by far, but I'm looking forward to a trip to Kauai in the future.
